By using Blitz, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use of the platform
• Use any automated system, bot, or script to access our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use our services for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Engage in collusion or manipulate league outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

4. FANTASY LEAGUES AND GAMEPLAY

4.1 League Participation

By participating in fantasy leagues on Blitz, you agree to:

• Abide by the rules of each league you join
• Act in good faith when drafting players and managing your team
• Accept the scoring decisions made by our platform
• Respect league commissioners' decisions on league matters

4.2 Scoring and Statistics

Player statistics and scoring are provided by third-party sources and may be subject to corrections or adjustments. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all statistical data. Scoring decisions are final.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Blitz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design, are owned by Blitz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Blitz for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer your license to any third party

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Blitz (such as team names and league names). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

6. DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

BLITZ IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in our services will be corrected
• Our services will meet your specific requirements

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLITZ, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blitz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to our platform

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of Delaware.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blitz regarding your use of our services.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
